Eine große Herausforderung ist und bleibt in diesem Zusammenhang die richtige Positionierung in der Wahrnehmung der Mitarbeiter. Durch konkrete Kommunikationsmaßnahmen wie beispielsweise Success-Stories oder Beschreibungen von Serviceleistungen innerhalb des Gesundheits- oder Talentmanagements, kann diese Wahrnehmung zielgerichtet gesteuert werden.
